The story of

Georgios Kalogiannidis

is a MSc Mechanical engineer who built a career as a Mechanical Engineer in many multi-national manufacturing companies.

He has a decade of practical experience in modern Corporate Recruitment Processes. He has passed through multiple challenging and strenuous corporate hiring processes offered by some of the most prestigious organizations around the globe, such as Volvo Cars, Scania, Sandvik, Deutsche Bank, Mercendes-Benz, Audi, Skoda, CNH, GKN Aerospace, MTC, SEB, Northvolt, Aegean Airlines and many more, for a plethora of technical roles, in multiple levels in the corporate hierarchy. These roles were for appren-ticeship schemes, graduate engineering and leadership roles, mechanical & manufacturing engineering roles, IT specialist, administrative, managerial, research engineering, and financial auditing.
He completed, with astonishing results, multiple online psychometric evaluations and passed through the fol-lowing interview stages of many of the employers mentioned above. His broad and multifaceted experience with psychometric evaluations has given him the skills to develop simulation tests, incorporating all the possible difficulty levels a candidate may face during his/her evaluation, as well as innovative and practical methodologies of solving the tasks, and made a systematic collection and registration of every major pattern was encountered from his training and actual evaluations for these tests for assisting future ambitious candidates achieving the same results.
Kalogiannidis Georgios is also a 7-times award-winning author in recognition of the quality of his published work from various prestigious organizations such as: Literary Titan, Best Book Awards, Goody Business Book Awards, Literary Global Book Awards, and many more.

> Started as a Mechanical Design Engineer – R&D Department in New Holland.
